Over two thousand and forty-four years ago, on the western coast of the Mediterranean Sea, there was a magnificent land known as Zawatul-Ifdal. The country of Madinatul-Ifdal thrived in agriculture, commerce, and trade, and they also had a formidable army of resilient warriors on the battlefield.

The ruler of the city was a renowned warrior and a famous sorcerer, approximately fifty years old, known by the name Shazwan ibn Zamaran. King Shazwan had only one wife who bore him a single daughter named Sulairat. Princess Sulairat was extremely beautiful, and tales of her beauty spread throughout the continent. She inherited her father, King Shazwan's, bravery and knowledge of sorcery.

The people of Madinatul-Ifdal lived peacefully without any disturbances except for one persistent problem: the occurrence of a forest fire. This fire appeared every six months, meaning it happened twice a year. The fire originated from a nearby forest and, whenever it occurred, it resulted in the loss of lives, properties worth millions of naira, and the destruction of buildings.

Experts and researchers claimed that the forest fire was caused by some powerful sorcerers and spirits. Others said it was caused by an evil sorcerer, but there was no unanimous conclusion about the cause of the disaster.

When King Shazwan realized that the calamity persisted and consulted many top sorcerers without finding a solution, he decided to gather all his sorcerers. Each of them was to conduct a two-week investigation to find a solution.

On the day the two weeks ended, the sorcerers gathered in a secret room under the leadership of their chief, an elderly man with a majestic presence named Dargas ibn Aumal. When King Shazwan saw that the meeting room had fallen silent, he broke the silence by clearing his throat and said, "You sorcerers, experts in magic, where are the results of your investigation? What solution have you found for the problem that brought us here?"

Upon hearing this, the sorcerers remained silent, looking at each other, unsure who would speak. Finally, the chief sorcerer, Dargas ibn Aumal, stood up, faced the king, and cleared his throat while tightening his grip on the staff in his hand. In a stern voice, he said, "My leader, the predominant conclusion of our investigation is that there is no sorcerer or evil spirit causing the forest fire. Instead, it is caused by a remarkable warrior with extraordinary abilities. At present, there is no greater warrior among humans or spirits than him. He is known as Hibairu ibn Sharwaz, the King of Warriors.

Hibairu lives in the forest, with no companions other than spirits and animals. His mother died shortly after giving birth to him in the forest, which is why he has adopted the behavior of animals. He possesses incredible strength; if he strikes a tree, it shakes until its roots are uprooted. He can carry a lion, a buffalo, and a leopard on his shoulders and run for seven hours without getting tired.
